Decision to make
List every toilet, sink, tub, shower, floor drain, laundry, appliance drain, and cleanout reached without disassembly. Mark normal, slow, noisy, emptying, overflowing, or unknown.
Record to build
Record which fixture was used first, which reacted next, water level, recurrence, prior cleaning, and every product placed in the drain. Stop use and restrict sewage areas when needed.
Question to compare
Ask whether the planned access and method can distinguish a local trap, branch, stack, building drain, private sewer, septic, or municipal condition, and what result will be verified afterward.
Useful closeout
Update the map with the actual access point, method, video if purchased, tested fixtures, observed limitation, repair recommendation, and action if the symptom returns.
