Capture the installed work before the project memory disappears

Reconcile the signed contract, final scope, approved changes, installed materials and equipment, model and serial numbers, permit, inspections, tests, invoice, payment, and required lien or HIC records when applicable.

Update fixture, valve, cleanout, service, backflow, drain, equipment, and access locations. Save overall and concealed-condition photographs supplied during authorized work with captions.

Separate manufacturer, installer, and other-trade warranties. Record registration, maintenance, transfer, exclusions, contact entity, and any owner-supplied product boundary.

List unresolved drying, electrical, gas, heating, carpentry, environmental, waterproofing, paving, landscaping, appliance, municipal, or finish work with a responsible party and next check.
