Coordinate occupants, keys, utilities, finishes, pets, and authority

List owner, tenant, condo, landlord, manager, or commercial authority; keys; alarms; pets; parking; work hours; restricted rooms; children; sensitive occupants; and the person who may approve openings.

Clear ordinary dry access only. Do not move items through sewage, standing water near electricity, gas concerns, unstable ceilings, confined spaces, or suspected contaminated materials.

Ask what area, shutoff, fixture, equipment label, cleanout, attic, crawlspace, basement, wall, floor, exterior, or municipal coordination the visit may require, and who restores access.

Record entry, photographs allowed, private areas excluded, work authorization, keys returned, openings secured, water restored, and any follow-up requiring another occupant notice.
