Water where it should not be
For active clear water, start with active-water-leak. For a ceiling or cabinet mark, build a water-leak record. For basement water near plumbing, use the sump and basement guide while preserving possible site, groundwater, drainage, or building sources.
Flow changed
One slow fixture, several fixtures, sewage at a low opening, reduced pressure, discoloration, or unusual meter use lead to different questions. Map the pattern before anyone clears, replaces, or excavates.
Temperature or equipment
No hot water, unstable temperature, relief discharge, tank moisture, or equipment noise needs qualified review. Do not open panels, adjust fuel controls, or block safety outlets.
